Are you interested in design, public events, book making, marketing, an illustration student or want to see behind the scenes at a busy illustration fair?

We are looking for volunteers to help out and gain experience at our illustration and print fairs. Check out the list below to see what we can offer you and get in touch if you would to lend a helping hand!

What the INK PAPER + PRINT fair offers our volunteers:

1. A comprehensive testimonial after each event.

2. The volunteers table where you can exhibit and sell your own work.

3. Free T-Shirt, free refreshments.

4. The chance to be involved with the administration, exhibitor care and publicity.

What you will do during the fair:

1. Attend pre-fair briefing before fair opens to exhibitors.

2. Welcome exhibitors, help with set up questions.

3. Hand out flyers to the general public outside and inside the fair.

4. Time off during the fair to explore and chat to the exhibitors.

5. Help maintain the health and safety of the event.

6. Help with feedback forms and suggestions from exhibitors and public.

7. De-briefing session after the fair.
