Sinead McGeechan

My work looks at unexplainable events and dark stories within fiction and non-fiction. As well as drawing, I work with a range of print techniques, such as linocut and mono-printing. My two most recent books were made using an old photocopier in order to emphasize the physicality of the printed pages. l literally wanted the ink to transfer onto the readers fingers. The images sit between figuration and abstraction which hopefully lets the readers’ imaginations go wild!
