My work draws from my graphic design training as much as it does skills in paper cutting and finely-judged materials that could be said to reflect my Danish cultural history. I have been making, selling and exhibiting my award-winning work as artist’s books internationally since 2000. This has been an on-going journey through sequential storytelling including hand-cut & hand-bound limited editions to moving image and print-on-demand. Collections including Tate, V&A National Art Library, Manchester Metropolitan University and most recently Wellcome have acquired what I do. The latest piece – ‘367’ is available at the Granary Square event.
Please describe what you intend to exhibit and any projects you wish to launch at Ink Paper + Print: I will show my most recent book: "367" – a book of skies recently acquired by Winchester School of Art Library & Wellcome Collection. Also some smaller hand cut works and earlier books.
